About the 39th Ward Democrats

Who we are

The 39th Ward Democrats supports elected Democrats up and down the ticket. Members are passionate in helping create change and fighting for an equitable Ward. We support progressive policies on the Federal, State, County, and City levels of Government.

Our community is extremely diverse, inclusive, and politically engaged. You can find us door-knocking, phone banking, and getting out the vote. We have hosted ice cream socials, chili cook-offs, sign distributions, and town halls. In the 2020 Presidential election, over 25,000 voters came out to vote and nearly 18,000 of those voters supported Joe Biden and Kamala Harris for President and Vice President.

As we prepare for the 2025 Municipal Elections, we will work together to increase voter turnout in the Ward and continue to help elect Democrats that match the values of our community.
